Terms of Service

These terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users in connection with the use of the GEO optimization platform and related services provided by the Company.

• “Services” means GEO optimization, the K-healthcare platform, and related supplementary services provided by the Company through intrix.kr.
• “User” means a person who agrees to these terms and uses the services provided by the Company.
• “Content” means all information, text, images, data, and other materials provided within the Services.

These terms take effect when posted on the service interface or announced by email. The Company may amend the terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws and will announce amendments 7 days before they take effect.

• As a rule, the Company provides the Services 24 hours a day, year-round.
• The Services may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance, failures, or technical reasons. As a rule, advance notice will be given.
• The Company may modify the Services and will provide advance notice of material changes.

Users must not engage in the following acts.

• Misappropriating another person’s information or providing false information.
• Infringing the Company’s intellectual property rights or reproducing or distributing materials without authorization.
• Any acts that interfere with operation of the Services (including crawling and DDoS attacks).
• Acts that violate applicable laws or public order and morals.

Copyright and intellectual property rights in all Content within the Services belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use the Content without the Company’s prior written consent.

• The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, war, or force majeure.
• Medical information provided within the Services is for reference and does not replace professional medical diagnosis.
• Users are responsible for the consequences of their use of the Services.

The Company protects users’ personal information as required by applicable laws. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.

The laws of the Republic of Korea govern the interpretation of these terms and the resolution of disputes. The court having jurisdiction over the Company’s location has exclusive jurisdiction over litigation arising from the use of the Services.

These terms take effect on May 19, 2026.
