Compare AI search terms with your own pages

Intrix has added an “AI search terms and your pages” chapter to newly created comprehensive reports. For questions where your site receives few citations, it places the terms AI actually searched beside the closest page on your site.

Follow the question to the search terms

AI creates its own search terms instead of simply searching the customer’s question as written. Your page may cover the subject while presenting it in different words. Reading the actual terms gives your team a concrete starting point for reviewing how clearly the page presents that subject.

Find words missing from titles and headings

Colors distinguish words that appear in your page’s title or headings, words found only in the body, and words that are absent. Terms missing from titles and headings identify places to review. Check whether existing information needs a clearer heading or whether relevant information is missing from the page altogether.

Other company names that AI added to its search terms appear separately. Treat them as a sign that AI thought of those companies first, rather than words to add to your own page.

Compare the passages behind the answer

When an answer comes from an AI service that provides source passages, the report places a paragraph from another page AI selected beside the closest paragraph on yours. You can compare whether each paragraph includes a name, provides numbers, and makes sense when read on its own. This helps turn a broad content discussion into a specific editing brief.

Use the report to plan focused edits

If your site’s pages could not be read in a measurement round, the report states that. To discuss why your pages are missing from citations and which improvements to prioritize, talk to Intrix.
