Find the right published contact for a page correction

Intrix now helps you find where to request a correction on an external page. From an improvement task’s details, select “Find a contact” for the page to see its publicly listed publisher, author, or correction and tip channels, then copy a correction request.

Move from the page to a contact channel

Finding an inaccurate source is only part of the work. A team still needs to know where a correction request should go. The new action brings the contact information published on that page into the task, so you can prepare the next step with the source in view.

It uses only channels listed on public pages and does not search for private personal contact details.

Prepare a request your team can review

You can copy the correction request text and review it before sending. For example, a request about an outdated address can explain which detail needs changing and point the recipient toward the official information.

Keeping the request tied to the external page helps the person handling the task understand what needs correction and which published channel may be appropriate.

Decide who will send it

Your team sends the request directly, or agrees on how to handle it with your Intrix representative. Finding a contact and copying the text do not send a message. The publisher decides how to respond, and a request does not guarantee a page change or a change in AI answers.
