See the passages AI used from your pages
Intrix now shows the passages AI used from your pages when it cites them as sources. This gives your team a more precise starting point for content improvements: the text used in an answer, alongside the page that received the citation.
Find the passage behind the citation
Open a question’s details and select the sources tab to review the passage. You can also find it in the comprehensive report’s section on passages AI used from your pages and in the source field of the consistency check.
Passages appear only for answers from AI services that provide source-side text. If the service does not supply that text, this feature cannot show which passage was used.
Understand what the citation tells you
An AI answer can cite a page while using only a small part of it. A citation alone does not tell you whether the answer included the product name, price, or customer group your team wanted to communicate. Reading the passage lets you check which information supported that particular answer.
Keep useful text and improve what is missing
Preserve passages that already provide useful information. For important details that have not been used, consider short paragraphs that include the relevant name, number, and subject within the text itself. That gives the information a clearer form when read on its own.
This is a way to choose focused edits, with later answers providing context for further review. It does not promise that an edited paragraph will be selected.
Put the finding to work
Use the cited passage when briefing a writer or reviewing a proposed change. To discuss where content improvements fit into your AI answer diagnosis, talk to Intrix.
